Yilan (Jelly Bean Farm – Listening Sessions – Circular Jaw)
We are really excited to bring one of our old friends back to Birmingham to cook up a storm of unique and powerful bass music! Yilan dropped an incredible EP on our label back in 2017. Having recently released his Diaspora EP, he received support from Mixmag, Hyponik and DJ Mag – this is an artist that developed his craft from the ground up in Birmingham and its with great pleasure we are bringing him back to the 0121.
Rawtrachs (Futurepast Zine & Alternative Architecture)
Someone that could be described as an unsung hero of Brum’s electronic music scene, he founded Futurepast Zine way back in 2010, hand crafting zine’s with some amazing interviews with electronic music legends from around the globe as well as (at the time) relatively unknown 0121 creatives locals. Since then he has setup two labels Futurepast Zine & Alternative Architecture that have put out nearly 30 releases, with the main focus being on Birmingham artists. This guy deserves some serious props!
